broadband.
 As of August 2015, Turk Telekom Group has 12.9 million PSTN, 7.7 million
broadband and 16.7 million mobile subscribers.

 To solve a customer complaint, all infrastructure
from customer to Exchange Office must be
identified which is mostly under the ground and in

 Gathered all infrastructure data (Area
cabinets, copper cables, manholes, pipes,
duct ,fibers, poles) from rasters and each data
is digitized one by one
 Get Customer data from CRM and BroadBand
Bandwith for each customer from NMS
(Network Management Systems) to match
and geocode of customers due to Access
Network (18 million customers)
 Gathered Spatial data (Buildings, roads,
parks, raildroads etc.) from outer systems
 How to keep data alive?
 Does the system can live without managerial
support?
 Is data verified?
 How many records mismatch compared to
OSS/BSS?

By Reversing Integration Directions
 To connect a customer to FTTx systems and sell
a service, all FTTx data is sent from GIS to CRM

payment for labour and equipment to the GIS.
