   The Internal Quality and Assurance Cell of
ANJAC arranged the external audit for M.Com.
(Computer Applications) Department regarding the
performance of the Department.
IMPORTANT DAYS CELEBRATIONS : 46
WOMEN SAFETY MEASURES INITIATED
• It is mandatory for all the students to wear ID card. This is to
identify strangers and ultimately ensure the safety of girl
students.
• Whenever the girls undertake study tour/attend the inter-
collegiate programme, it is mandatory that girls are
accompanied by a women staff escort for their safety.
• The college management bears the TA/DA of the women
escorts.
• Rest Rooms for girls and women staff.
• The Post Graduate Department of Commerce (CA) helps the
girls to apply on-line on scholarships like single girl and merit
scholarships.
• The Department of Commerce (CA)is running a separate Cell
for the women to take care of their health and nutrition.
GREEN MEASURES ADOPTED
• Banning of using Polythene bags are banned and
maintaining green ambience
• Printer cartridges refilled rather than buying new ones
• Hard copies are replaced by Soft copies at the maximum
• Students are encouraged to use Laptops instead of
Desktops
• Switching off monitors and printers when not used
• Sharing of Systems when the power is cut
• Making the students to switch off lights and fans when
they go out.
FUTURE PLAN
• Planned to publish more number of research papers
in reputed journals
• To organize Seminars /Conferences by receiving
Grantsfrom CSIR, ICSSR and DST

• PROGRAMME OUTCOMES (PO)
Programme Outcomes are broad statements
that describe what students are expected to be able to do
by the time of graduation. The following are the
expected Programme Outcomes (PO) for the Under
graduate Degree Programmes :
i. Disciplinary knowledge: Capable of demonstrating comprehensive
knowledge and understanding of one or more disciplines that form
a part of an Post-graduate programme of study.
ii. Communication Skills: Ability to express thoughts and ideas
effectively in writing and orally; Communicate with others using
appropriate media; confidently share one’s views and express
herself/himself; demonstrate the ability to listen carefully, read and
write analytically, and present complex information in a clear and
concise manner to different groups.
iii. Critical thinking, Problem solving and Analytical reasoning :
Capability to apply analytic thought to a body of knowledge;
analyse and evaluate evidence, arguments, claims, beliefs on the
basis of empirical evidence; identify relevant assumptions or
implications; formulate coherent arguments; critically evaluate
iv. Acquiring research-related skills, scientific reasoning and
reflective thinking: A sense of inquiry and capability for
asking relevant/appropriate questions, Ability to recognise
cause-and-effect relationships, define problems, formulate
and test hypotheses, analyse, interpret and draw conclusions
from data, ability to plan, execute and report the results of an
experiment or investigation.
v. Multicultural competence with moral and ethical
awareness/ reasoning: Possess knowledge of the values and
beliefs of multiple cultures and a global perspective;
capability to effectively engage in a multicultural society and
interact respectfully with diverse groups; ability to embrace
moral/ethical values in one’s life and career.
vi. Cooperation/Team work with leadership qualities: Ability to
work effectively and respectfully with diverse teams; facilitate
cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group, and act
together as a group or a team in the interests of a common cause
and work efficiently as a member of a team.
vii. Self-directed lifelong learning with information/digital
literacy: Capability to use ICT in a variety of learning situations;
ability to work independently, identify appropriate resources
required for a project; Ability to acquire knowledge and skills,
through self-paced and self-directed learning aimed at personal
development.
PROGRAMME SPECIFIC OUTCOMES - (PSO)
PSO are broad statements that describe the
career and professional achievements that the
programme prepare the graduates to achieve their
career goals. PSO shall be consistent with the
mission of the Institution. The PSO shall be
evolved by the respective departments through
constant feedback from alumni, students, industry,
Management etc. Departments need to define seven
PSO relevant to their programmes.
PSO FOR M.Com.(CA) DEGREE PROGRAMME
On completion of M.Com.(CA) programme, the students would be able
to
 PSO1: develop interface between commercial requirements and
computer applications (PO1)
 PSO2: become an expert in business data analysis (PO3)
 PSO3: design computer software to suit the needs of industries (PO7)
 PSO4: apply prudent financial management and accounting principles in
the successful business operations (PO1)
 PSO5: develop linkages with the business enterprises and take up
innovative business assignments (PO5)
 PSO6: become an IT consultant and GST adviser (PO6)
 PSO7: perform well in various competitive examinations like UGC-NET
/ SET, IBPS etc. and interviews being conducted by the Public and
Private sectors (PO7).

  • 33. ACADEMIC AUDIT MEETING    The Internal Quality and Assurance Cell of ANJAC arranged the external audit for M.Com. (Computer Applications) Department regarding the performance of the Department.
  • 35. WOMEN SAFETY MEASURES INITIATED • It is mandatory for all the students to wear ID card. This is to identify strangers and ultimately ensure the safety of girl students. • Whenever the girls undertake study tour/attend the inter- collegiate programme, it is mandatory that girls are accompanied by a women staff escort for their safety. • The college management bears the TA/DA of the women escorts. • Rest Rooms for girls and women staff. • The Post Graduate Department of Commerce (CA) helps the girls to apply on-line on scholarships like single girl and merit scholarships. • The Department of Commerce (CA)is running a separate Cell for the women to take care of their health and nutrition.

GREEN MEASURES ADOPTED • Banning of using Polythene bags are banned and maintaining green ambience • Printer cartridges refilled rather than buying new ones • Hard copies are replaced by Soft copies at the maximum • Students are encouraged to use Laptops instead of Desktops • Switching off monitors and printers when not used • Sharing of Systems when the power is cut • Making the students to switch off lights and fans when they go out.

PSO shall be consistent with the mission of the Institution.
