- 2. 1 FADE IN: EXT: A MODERN NORMAL HOUSE - AFTERNOON In a lonely,desolated street, LILLY Baker is making her way home from school, smartly dressed, after a revision session. She is by herself, minding her on business, looking down at her phone LILLY is in her early teenage years, aged thirteen, living her life as any other teenager this age would. CUT TO ZOOM ON LILLY'S PHONE - AFTERNOON LILLY's phone screen - she texts her friend telling her she is outside her house, ready to meet her. FADE OUT LILLY knocks on the door of the house.. FADE OUT TO BLACK SCREEN, THEN SCENE 2 INT - BEDROOM - DAY LILLY is lying down on the bed,faint sounds of screaming are heard. FADE OUT She is tied up with black tape, unable to say a word. She is pulled around by her feet. FADE OUT LILLY is in ragged clothes, her hair is messy, and her complexion is very pale. FADE OUT LILLY looks in a mirror in the bedroom, upset with herself, looking worthless, realising what has happened to her. CUT TO
- 3. 2 A shot of the bedroom door being shut and locked. CUT TO The outside of the door. Faint screams by Lilly are heard from the other side of the door. LILLY (Screaming) HELP, SOMEONE HELP ME! SCENE 3 EXT:EMPTY GARDEN - DUSK/NIGHT TIME LILLY is chucked out of the house through the back door by her kidnapper. She falls to the ground. FADE OUT/IN EXT: MIDDLE OF THE EMPTY GARDEN - DUSK/NIGHT TIME WITH SOME LIGHTING LILLY feels very sorry for herself. She realises that she has cut herself and is bleeding from the fall. CUT TO Blood is all over Lilly's hands. LILLY V.O I need to escape. FADE OUT/IN SCENE 4 EXT: GARDEN/SHED - NIGHT
- 4. 3 LILLY can see the shadows of the kidnapper in the house. She knows she only has one chance to escape from them. She hides in the shed until it is safe for her to leave. ZOOM to the back door of the house. FADE OUT INT: KITCHEN - NIGHT The keys are being turned to open the back door CUT TO The door then slowly opens, but LILLY has vanished. CUT TO EXT: GARDEN/SHED - NIGHT LILLY in the shed, hiding from her kidnapper. She texts her sister LACIE BAKER, in help to try and escape. FADE OUT EXT: A PARK/ EMPTY STREET - DAY LACIE (The sound of a notification is heard from Lacie's phone) LACIE looks at her phone screen, and realises it is from her sister LILLY. Her facial expressions highlight the shock and state that she is now in. LACIE realises that she now has to tell her best friend PHOEBE WALKER. LACIE TO REBECCA (ON THE PHONE) PHOEBE,it's LILLY, she's been kidnapped! FADE OUT
- 5. 4 INT - LIVING ROOM OF A HOUSE - DAY LACIE informs her parents about what has happened to her sister LILLY. Tears and a sense of shock are shown all around on the parents faces. PHOEBE is now searching with LACIE MUM Oh no, we need to find her as soon as possible! FADE OUT A search party is set up, in aid of LILLY's kidnapping, CUT TO posters are put up on lamposts outside, CUT TO and a news article is being broadcast on the news that night. CUT TO A news article has also been published in the local newspaper, urging everyone to keep a lookout. FADE OUT SCENE 5 INT: HOUSE - DAY - EARLY MORNING The atmosphere is very cold and dry, there is no sound to be heard. LILLY sees this as her time to escape, as her kidnapper is out. FADE OUT LILLY hunts around the house, looking for the keys to unlock the door. She eventually finds them, and makes a run for it.
- 6. 5 FADE OUT EXT: OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE - EARLY MORNING As LILLY opens the door.. LILLY looks around, then runs away from the house. FADE TO: Lots of shots of LILLY's face to show her emotion, her feet on the first step in her escape, and her clothes to indicate her awful conditions. CUT TO: LILLY slowly walks down, away from the house. She keeps looking back at it, even though she does not want to remember what she has just been through. FADE INTO: LILLY running far away from the house. Once she is far enough away, she stops. She looks around, making sure no one is there. FADE INTO: Lilly Texting her sister, LACIE, and friend, PHOEBE, telling them she has escaped. SCENE 6 EXT: DINING ROOM/ QUSTIONING ROOM IN THE HOUSE - DAY/NIGHT LILLY is sat at a table, with a male detective/policeman. FADE INTO DETECTIVE/POLICEMAN What actually happened that day LILLY? You can tell me..
- 7. 6 LILLY (breaks down in tears) (She hands the detective a photo of the man who kidnapped her In hope that they will find him) FADE OUT LILLY is seen to be taken away from the questioning room. It's dark and quiet. FADE OUT SCENE 7 EXT:OUSIDE LILLY'S HOUSE: DAYTIME A car pulls up outside, with the detective driving it, it's time for LILLY to be reunited with her family. FADE OUT INT: PORCH OF THE HOUSE - DAY ZOOM TO THE DOOR There is a knock at the door, LILLY's mum knows that it is her signature knock, so goes to answer it CUT TO Lilly being reunited with her mum, then her family. (LILLY and her MUM hug) FADE OUT LILLY walks further into the room, and now has a big smile on her face. She is finally being reunited with all of her family. FADE OUT
- 8. 7 This is a happy time for LILLY and all of her family. FADE OUT ALL of the family have a massive hug, as they are finally happy to be reunited. LILLY smiles FADE OUT SCENE 8 INT:LILLY'S BEDROOM: MORNING Lilly wakes up in shock, her kidnapping has all been a dream, she is now scarred for life. CUT THE END
