GASTON D. ORTIGAS is the Program Director of the Basic Management Program and the Pepsi Cola Professor of Business Management, and has been a full-time professor of AIM since 1986. His teaching assignments run across degree and executive training programs mainly in the areas of Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurship, Total Quality Management, Business Process Reengineering, Electronic Commerce and Electronic Governance, Operations Management and Critical Thinking. He also conducts business games and simulations. Professor Ortigas’ present action research is in the areas of sustainable entrepreneurship, sustainable energy, cultural tourism, blended learning management and electronic governance.
