- 1. Alice Part 2 – Background objects
- 2. Load Alice and choose a “grass” background
- 3. Now Select “Add Objects”
- 4. Once you have clicked this select “City”
- 5. Insert “Building Cluster 5”
- 6. Add this to the world
- 7. This should look like this
- 8. Now you need to go to the left option and click “More Controls >>”
- 9. This menu should then pop up
- 10. Drag the “lens angle” to the right so you can see the whole building.
- 11. Using the arrows underneath the video adjust the camera view to be above the building as shown
- 12. You can now use the movement controls to move the object around
- 13. Next insert a “Road”
- 14. Now enlarge this and move it infront of the building
- 15. Now use these basic skills to build a street like the one shown below
- 16. Extension Task Now you have created your basic street use what you have learnt to add an animated object that interacts with your street.
