– Entitled to 100% of the revenue you bring in 
– Responsible for delivery and sales based on terms in the 
bill of rights 
• Sales Associate 
– Completes the entire sales process through till the signing 
of the contract independently 
– No delivery responsibility 
• Lead Referral 
– Refer lead to a sales person with no guarantee of closure 
or qualification
