Over the course of the past decade our team has led: Off-Shore, Near-Shore, On-Premise, and Localized
  engineering operations to support next-generation technologies; however, each of them has their downside:

      Off-Shoring / Near-Shoring from an upside perspective is very cost attractive; however, it sacrifices American jobs, puts work into the
         hands of engineers with no practical real-world US experience, instills an isolation methodology that hinders operational controls and
         transparencies, creates communication gaps, enables security risks, and lacks a thorough quality control.


      On-Premise from an upside perspective enables visibility, control, and allows for communication ease; however, there is often times
         resource utilization problems, asset exposure, consumption expense, work-week Limitations, and a lack of self-motivation programs.
         Efficiencies are a leading topic; however, relentless gains will never be achieved under a time and materials approach.
