We first take into account the business and user requirements and then build a solution to meet those needs. We believe it is important to focus on both the business and the people while designing a solution. If the solution does not benefit the business and the users then it could have a negative impact on productivity and profitability. For example: If you build a solution which meets the business needs and not the users, the users may revert back to the old tools to complete the task or process now you have wasted valuable time and money.
