- 1. Creating a Project Project App Project Please click on the Project icon found from the list of Apps which will be displayed. If you are not able to see the project icon, scroll and see the next set with the scroll arrow. If the Project App is not found, go to App store from where you would be able to add this App. For further assistance in Video please check our YouTube video by clicking on the link- Apps Store Scroll Arrow
- 2. Project Road Map Project Map gives a clear idea of how the Projects App is integrated with other Apps. Shows how it is connected to Customers in your CRM Shows how Notes and Documents are integrated. Employees and Contacts could be invited into a project. Once the Project is completed using Invoice App you would be able to Invoice the customer. Overall this is a clear map on how Projects App is connected to all other Apps in Apptivo. Once you click on the green “Go to Projects App” will take you into the App.
- 3. Project Dashboard Dashboard will reflect information about all projects. Depending on the status they will be classified into 4 main category. Awaiting Kickoff are projects not yet started On track projects are running on time and as scheduled Behind schedule is something which is having some delay Troubled projects would need some attention as maybe they are overdue and has tasks not completed under milestones. - 4. Provide your project with a name. Description- you can provide a highlight information about the project. Start date of your project. Assume a end date for the project to get over, at anytime you would be able to change this by using edit. Customer field will suggest the customer names when you start typing in and if already exists in your contacts list. Incase if it is a new customer you have an option to create a new customer here. - 5. Project Details Every Project created will have its own work area and above is the work are of the project created. Overview: Gives detail about the project and the works due and activities. Milestone allows you to split the project into smaller slices with their own start, end date and tasks involved in it. Notes is a recordable space where you could save notes related to the project. Activities have Tasks, Appointments, Email and Fax options under it. Documents is a section where you would be able to upload and store documents related to the project. Team is the section where you would be able to add employees or customers to the project. Scope is a section where you could record Requirements and Scopes. 1 7 6 5 4 3 2
