Project Definition • Examination process is an important activity for educational institutions to assess student performance. • Automated Question Paper is a software It has login facility anyone who has user that generate question paper related to particular subjects. • It can generate question paper according to question paper level i.e Easy ,hard,etc..and also set the paper by select mark wise question from question bank and previous year question paper . • We will implement this project using Java as a front end and the back end as the mysql. Description • This system includes several modules like user administration, question entry, paper generation, user management,view database. • In Automated Question Paper Generator System we use of shuffling algorithm as a randomization technique. • With this algorithm, the user needs to specify the subject, the question type and the difficulty level. From the entered input, the examination paper will be generated automatically. • This final paper will be the PDF (.pdf) file format. Department of Information Technology, CSPIT 4

Major Functionality Admin • VIEW DATABASE : Admin can view full database of all subject with their level,mark etc… • ADD QUESTION : Admin can add the question into database. • USER MANAGEMENT : Admin can add and delete the user. • GENERATE PAPER : Admin can generate question paper. Limitations of project • We Can’t generate mcq question in a paper using Automated Question Paper generator. • No. Of Subject and Question is limited. • Question With Image is not possible using Automated Question Paper. • Table Type Question is Not Possible using Automated Question Paper.. - 9. Future Enhancement • We Will Extend this project for all semester with all subject. • We add the Mcq also in this Project. So We can generate question paper with Mcq, short question,long question, very long question. • We also add question with Image,Table type question.
