Cross – Docking and Goods Handling - EWM solution The EWM solution foresees 3 different warehouse models, on the base of their position during the goods sorting: 1° HUB: collection goods’ receipt management, opportunistic cross docking after billing, load management towards next HUB Intermediate HUB: pure HUB of cross-docking. Warehouse Monitoring: Yard management The yard management monitor is the Standard tool used to manage the inbound and outbound flow of vehicles and allows for parking section management and warehouse door assignment. The SAP system performs various checks, including whether the door is already occupied by other vehicles.
