 Systematical arrangement according to
Hahnemann schema.
 The book contains the well known
verified characteristic symptoms of all
our medicines besides other less
important symptoms aiding the
selection of the curative remedy.
 All the new medicines and essentials
of the published clinical experience of
the school have been added.
Drawbacks
 Only 2 gradation is present.
 Many old terminologies is used , ex :- Ephelis
(Sunburn)
 Many chapter consist of misplaced rubrics, so
confusion comes.
 Many unproved remedy also included here, like
Tetradyn, Sulphon, etc,
 Many rubrics or sub rubrics having only single
remedy. Ex :- Polycythemia – Phos.
 Very less number of cross references present.
