The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) serves as a high-level but very active Board for
the BUILD Health Challenge. Together, they set the course for BUILD, make strategic
decisions, evaluate future growth, and identify additional opportunities for BUILD
awardees.

The Technical Assistance Group
The Technical Assistance Group (TAG) represents all of the in-kind and expert support available to awardees.
Primary liaisons are representatives from each TAG member and serve a linchpin role, coordinating with each of the major
BUILD Health work divisions (grants management, communications, learning and evaluation, and technical assistance) in
providing support, feedback, and other resources.
