Together, they set the course for BUILD, make strategic decisions, evaluate future growth, and identify additional opportunities for BUILD awardees.

- 4. The Technical Assistance Group The Technical Assistance Group (TAG) represents all of the in-kind and expert support available to awardees. Primary liaisons are representatives from each TAG member and serve a linchpin role, coordinating with each of the major BUILD Health work divisions (grants management, communications, learning and evaluation, and technical assistance) in providing support, feedback, and other resources.
