- 2. Who are non last mile delivery(Non LMD) sellers? Sellers who do not use Paytm Mall logistic services and they have to fulfil the logistics related requirements on their own Benefits: • Decide upon the pin code you want to serve • Closer to the customer thereby better understanding of their needs • Seller has the freedom to chose his means of delivery and thus can save on charges SELLER SELLER’S COURIER PARTNER CUSTOMER

Orders tab Here you can check your all orders Date filter You can use this filter to view your orders within a specific date range Search filter You can use this filter to search orders using available filters Tip- You can search multiple values separated by comma in search filter. - 4. There are four stages of Bulk order processing Delivered Order is delivered to the customer 4. Confirm and pack Acknowledge the order, enter AWB no. and pack the order 1. Request pickup Mark the order as shipped 2. Shipped Order is shipped from your warehouse 3.

- 9. • Once you have downloaded the CSV File, you need to delete all the columns except Order ID, Item ID, merchant ID, awb & Shipper • You have to fill the details of awb and Shipper in downloaded CSV file • You have to save the file and upload the updated file Downloaded File Updated File in CSV Comma delimited How can you process all orders in bulk? Note– You will have to ask your courier partner to generate AWB numbers in advance.

This is a sample Packing Slip, you have to tear it into 2 parts Packaging slip– You have to paste it outside the packaging box How can you process all orders in bulk? a. a b. b Retail Invoice – You have to fold the invoice from centre so that details are towards inside Paste the invoice pouch on the back side of the brand's corrugated boxes and insert the invoice in the invoice pouch White side of the invoice should be in front. Note– It is mandatory to use Paytm Mall retail invoice. Please do not use your own invoice. Also, ensure you follow Paytm Mall packaging and its guidelines.
