Orders tab Here you can check your all orders Date filter You can use this filter to view your old orders Search filter You can use this filter to search orders using their different ids or stages E.g. - 4. There are five stages of single order processing Delivered Order is delivered to the customer 5. Confirm and pack Acknowledge the order and pack the order 1. To handover Mark the order as handed over once picked up by the courier partner 3.Request pickup Download manifest slip by clicking on Request pickup tab 2. Shipped Order is shipped from your warehouse 4.
- 5. Steps to process bulk orders How can you process all orders in bulk? Click on Orders tab1. Click on Confirm & Pack tab 2. 3 4 Select your orders3. Keep your cursor on Download Packing slip and Click on “Download Selected order(s) file(.csv)” 4. 1 2
- 6. • Once you have downloaded the CSV File, you need to delete all the column except Order ID & Item ID • You have to save the file and upload the updated file Downloaded File Updated File in CSV Comma delimited How can you process all orders in bulk?

- 9. If it is an electronic product then you have to enter its IMEI/serial number Click on “Download IMEI/serial number File(.csv)” 8. 8 Note– Excel Sheet will be downloaded. Open the file. How can you process all orders in bulk?

Note– If you generate the manifest before 10:00 AM your order will be picked on the same day and if you generate after 10:00 AM your order will be picked till 8 pm the following day. a b c d Here you can see courier partner name a. - 22. Enter the handover code in the excel sheet and save the file Handover code is provided by Paytm courier partner at the time of pickup. Handover code will be same for all the AWB numbers of the respective courier 22. How can you process all orders in bulk? 22 Note– File format should be (.csv)

- 24. Click on File center25. Click on download icon Here a success file of upload status and an error file (if applicable) will be downloaded 26. How can you process all orders in bulk? 26 25 To check the status of the uploaded file, follow these steps- Note– If the error file is downloaded then you have to re-upload the correct handover code for those AWB numbers which are listed in the excel sheet.
