stunts improvement and efficiency.
Opportunities:

● Capable Controls is considered a new company and
welcomes simple or complex project solutions from
initial design prototype improvements or outside
specialty consultant groups.

       ● Budget allocation and committees are designated
and in place for company improvement and have
collaborated to provide exclusive niche products to
       competitors in key markets.
Treats:

● One of the principal treats the company is looking
forward to is the accepted proposal of new
mechanical technology to improve the
manufacturing process.

● Capable Controls is in the transition of converting
all their manual manufacturing processes to
specialty mechanical processes with the introduction
of new automatic surface mount machines that
operate more efficiently and maximize production.
COMPANY COMMUNICATION
      STRATEGY
 Capable Controls implements a communication
strategy that relies on a separate network system
  for each facility.
 The Corporate office administers the company
processes using traditional office networks and
relies on inter office mail exchange for all corporate
  and administrative communication.
 The production and manufacturing facility
  operates communication on a LINUS
programming tool for machines and an inter office
mail with intercom for employees and staff.
CURRENT COMMUNICATION

distant and create a negative effects in
communication efficient production and
challenge. increases total costs,
                             slimming profits.

● The poor communication systems between the
departments provoke low morale within company
employees and further stunts improvement and
efficiency.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
 To facilitate the fast approach of this success, a new
  communication system will considerably impact
the efficiency of production and assist in increasing
  company profits.
 We recommend a communication system that will
establish the communication network directly and
exclusively for the use of all 3 facilities and provide
for a uniform company communication process
that is responsive and in real time.
 The true value of a robust communication system is
that it can incorporate into production programming to
  efficiently accomplish communication with everyone
and everything quicker than any other alternative.
 This new communication technology communicates
even with programs and computing devices just as easy
as it will sync the communication between employees
  and staff.
 The most effective and impactful investment can be
done in upgrading the communication system and
process within the complete company structure
  including all 3 facilities.
BENEFITS
 The affects of an improved company communication
system will provide for increased efficiency in
  production lowering production costs.
 The communication system will facilitate quicker
responsiveness which leads to minimized waste and
  losses.
 The improved communication system will have
positive impact on employee morale and most
importantly, increase profits providing a better
positioning of the company for stakeholders.
