Slide 2: He was: determined, adventurous and talented as he wanted to find the sea routes to the East and explorer a new route to the Far East, India, China, Japan and the Spice Islands. He went exploring. Slide 3: 1: In Aug. 3, 1492, he sailed from Palos, Spain. 2: In Oct 1493 he sailed from Cádiz. Then sailed off in the summer in 1494 to explore the southern coast of Cuba (in the Northern America continent). 3: Finally he reached the mainland, Venezuela. And many completed many more expeditions. Slide 4: Leonardo Da Vinci was jailed for 2 months over charges of sleeping with a young male prostitute.
