Real case example • Developer’s perspective: • I’m asked for estimates… thus we focused on improved estimations using prototypes and iterations that helps to understand the problem more in details • First lessons learnt: • Improving estimations is sub-optimization • Onsite people making decisions lacks knowledge, we were not able to explain ideas • Our proposals seen as obstacles • Let’s conduct Agile training courses onsite to learn experience and constraints of others. 16 © 2011 Tieto Corporation 2011-07-18
