This document provides training and instructions for staff on how to access, navigate, and utilize students' electronic Individual Learning Plans (e-ILPs) on the EFC online learning platform. The key steps covered include logging in to the system, accessing individual student e-ILPs, entering and updating student information, reviewing progress and setting new targets, and asking students to comment and update their own profiles. The goal is for both staff and students to be able to effectively use the e-ILP system to support learning.
