CHEMICAL PRODUCT AND COMPANY IDENTIFICATION --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Ash less Lubricant for Screw and Reciprocating Compressor, which has been developed specifically for the preparation of Premium Hydraulic Lubricants used in Industrial Power Transmission Applications. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HEALTH HAZARDS • No significant effects expected ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS • This preparation does not require classification on the basis of environmental hazard. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS / FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS • Low hazard. Material can form flammable mixtures or can burn only upon heating to temperatures at or above the flash point. This product does not contain any hazardous ingredient as the regulation from European Union Dangerous Substance / Preparation Directive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3. FIRST AID MEASURES ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INHALATION : • Not expected to be a problem in well-ventilated area. Using proper respiratory protection, immediately remove the affected from overexposure victim. Administer artificial respiration if breathing is stopped. Keep at rest. Call for prompt medical attention. SKIN CONTACT : • In case of frequent or prolonged contact, flush with large amounts of water; use soap if available. EYE CONTACT : • Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Get prompt medical attention. INGESTION : • If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Keep at rest. Get prompt medical attention. If greater than 0.5 liter ingested, immediately give 1 or 2 glasses of water and call physician and hospital for assistance. Page 1 of 4

FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fire Extinguisher : Carbon Dioxide, foam, dry chemical and water fog Fire Fighting Procedure : • Use water spray to cool fire exposed surfaces and to protect personnel. • Use foam, dry chemical, or water spray to extinguish fire source. SPECIAL FIRE PRECAUTIONS: • Respiratory and eye protection required for fire fighting personnel. • Avoid spraying water directly into storage containers due to danger of boil over. • Prevent runoff from fire or dilution from entering streams, sewers, or drinking water supply. SPILL AND LEAKAGE HANDLING ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Procedure note : Report the spill happened according to system and procedure decided. If the spill could be enter the aqueduct or river, please report to authority officer as soon as possible. Leakage and Spill Procedure : Absorb the spill by saw-dust, clay, and another fire resistant material. Clean up and discard to the location that have been decided. Prevention on Environment : Prevent the spill entering the gutter, waste canal, and into the soil. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. Protect material from direct sunlight. • DO NOT pressurize, cut, heat, or weld containers. Empty product containers may contain product residue. EXPOSURE CONTROL / SELF PROTECTION ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ventilation : Commonly there is no special regulation for ventilation on normal condition Breath Protection : There is no special regulation on normal condition. Eye Protection : Use eye protection equipment. Skin Protection : Regulation for personnel hygiene still have to give a notice. Use the nitrile gloves, long arm shirt, boots. Don’t use ring or watch because it can make skin reaction. Exposure limit : This product doesn’t contain any material that have been known have exposure limit value. But we can use exposure limit value (OSHA PEL) from the vapor, i.e 5.00 mg/m3 and ACGIH STEL, i.e. 10 mg/m3. Page 2 of 4

If not removed promptly, will injure eye tissue, which may result in permanent damage.
