CHEMICAL PRODUCT AND COMPANY IDENTIFICATION --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Lube oil is a mineral cutting oil, which formulated with EP additive and low acidity fatty esters, chlorine free and has excellent lubricity and load carry ability. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HEALTH HAZARDS • No significant effects expected ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS • This preparation does not require classification on the basis of environmental hazard. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS / FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS • Low hazard. Material can form flammable mixtures or can burn only upon heating to temperatures at or above the flash point. This product does not contain any hazardous ingredient as the regulation from European Union Dangerous Substance / Preparation Directive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3. FIRST AID MEASURES ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INHALATION : • Not expected to be a problem in well-ventilated area. Using proper respiratory protection, immediately remove the affected from overexposure victim. Administer artificial respiration if breathing is stopped. Keep at rest. Call for prompt medical attention. SKIN CONTACT : • In case of frequent or prolonged contact, flush with large amounts of water; use soap if available. EYE CONTACT : • Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Get prompt medical attention. INGESTION : • If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Keep at rest. Get prompt medical attention. If greater than 0.5 liter ingested, immediately give 1 or 2 glasses of water and call physician and hospital for assistance. Page 1 of 4

SPECIAL FIRE PRECAUTIONS: • Respiratory and eye protection required for fire fighting personnel. • Avoid spraying water directly into storage containers due to danger of boil over. • Prevent runoff from fire or dilution from entering streams, sewers, or drinking water supply. If the spill could be enter the aqueduct or river, please report to authority officer as soon as possible. Leakage and Spill Procedure : Absorb the spill by saw-dust, clay, and another fire resistant material. Clean up and discard to the location that have been decided.
