Job Title
The title of your help wanted ad must be specific and have
the highest search potential.
Example: Retail Sales Representative, rather than Auto
Sales. Example: Internet Product Specialist/Automotive
Customer Service, rather than BDC.
Name of your dealership and experience level
How you title you ad is important for search and should
closely mirror the potential applicant’s resume.

Don’t use city and state in the job title
 Use success stories that you currently employ with
pictures.
 Tell the job seekers why you work there and why it’s
such a swell place.
 Talk about the culture of your dealership, community
involvement etc.
 Determine appropriate attire, interview dates and time, and
who to ask for.
 Exact dealership location and map if applicable.
 Paragraph discussing other industries in your area
where you can tap into top talent.
 Mention job title four times in description

pricing and service, They’re not looking for a job or a career opportunity,
however you MUST have a career tab on your homepage.
Using simple code from indeed or simplyhired, you can turn
your career tab into an actual job board
Both these job aggregators will index your jobs and post them
to their job boards for maximum exposure.
You established your budget on pay per click basis,
You’ll be provided a dashboard to track all the data you’ll
need to keep your recruiting cost in line.
Combine your job postings along with powerful video shot at your dealership.
