BUA of 135,000 m2 , each Terminal houses offices for various government authorities, security checking areas, information centers,café,duty free area,mini mart, various retail shops (souvenirs, jewellery, electronics, bank, etc.) Annual facilities management contract to maintain and enhance all historical/touristic sites (19 sites around Dubai) that under the jurisdiction of Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, the Cruise Terminals at Port Rashid, DTCM HQ offices, and the information centers at various locations in Dubai DTCM HQ offices with an approx. BUA of 26,000 m2 , the complex includes offices, auditorium, conference rooms, café,staff gym, galleries, 2 levels parking basement, hard and soft landscaping etc. Development ofHospitality and culinary College - This landmark building with an BUA of approx. 29,000 m2 (2B+G+M+3 floors) in Sheik Zayed road, and which is considered to be one of the most prestigious project for DTCM and is in the schematic design stage. We have been involved with the Consultant from the inception to develop an architectural wonder, pearl shaped building, with high density media screen wrapping the entire external façade. The project comprises of 5star restaurants, café and experiential pavilion in the third floor, roof garden etc. Accommodation and offices blocks at various locations in Dubai/historical sites with an approx. BUA of 30,000 m2 . The projects include accommodation areas and admin offices along with all required services/facilities, recreation areas,parking areas,landscaping etc. Previously held positions:- Worked as site Engineer in Al Tayer Stocks ( 1999 - 2007) a leading Fit out Company in Dubai which is based in South Africa. A brief on the type, nature and responsibilities of the job during this period are listed as follows:- Fitout works and refurbishement works are done in almost all prestigious shopping malls in the UAE such as The Deira City Centre,Mall of Emirates, Ibn Batuta Mall, Reef Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall etc,which includes the following areas. All the jobs are carried out from inception to completion at the site.

During this tenure major renovation works for Deira City Centre was carried out in which a bulky parking area was converted to number of shops, restaurants and the associated common facilities. This job was a fast track job done day and night and successfully completed on time with high quality finishes. The fit out activities includes, but not limited, to the following ,such as the installation of various kind of ceilings including decorative gypsum ceilings and false ceilings, bulk heads and corniches, shop front facades, partion walls and masonry walls of various categories, paints standard and decorative, different varieties of flooring and wall installations, raised floor installations, metal and stone claddings, architectural stainless steel claddings, wooden claddings, hand rail and balustrades, GRC and GRP works, aluminium and glass works, joinery items, doors and windows etc. Close coordination with MEP works are done through out to avoid any clashes in the running of services. Specialties such as installation of escalators are also carried out.
