Carry out lubrication survey of newly-installed machines and plants in liaison with lubricant vendors. Recommend (in liaison with the vendor), appropriate lubricants suitable for the machines and Systems and develop the Brewery’s lubricant assortments Fix inventory parameters for lubricants, such as minimum, maximum and re-order levels and Ensure availability at all times Periodically review inspection tasklists to ensure they are functional and reflect plant changes. Ensure that lubrication codes are displayed on every lubrication point of machines and equipment. Checks the effectiveness of planned maintenance activities for the PM pillar team. To provide spare parts in economic quantities. Arrange orderly stocking and retrieval of spares. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, from preparation phase to focus improvement and presently PM pillar.
