This document provides steps for editing a Wikipedia article and adding references. The 10 steps include selecting a section to edit, adding text and citations using the citation tool, previewing changes, and saving the edited page. Screenshots should be taken before and after editing to include in a blog post documenting the edits. Attribution is provided at the bottom for the author and sources.

Lab Steps 1.Log in to Wikipedia and to Wordpress.com 2.Open Paint (Windows image editor in accessories) 3.Take a screen capture of the article that shows what you want to edit (alt+print screen) and the reference list. Paste into Paint. Save as jpg (where you can find it later!) 4.In a different window or tab, access your edit notes (your blog post) 5.Select “edit section” (if that’s an option)
