ASSIGNMENT
She is Helen, 26 years old.
She studied psychology at University. She had part-time
job during studying. She got her first full-time job on the
last course of the University
Now she is HR-manager at IT-company
What she thinks
O It’s hard for student to find a job
O It’s useful to have part-time job during
studying
O Often students don’t know how to find a
job
O Knowledge that you get during study is
not enough to be a good junior specialist
O University could give job to a student but
with very low salary
What she felt
O Fear not find a job
O Fear of interview
O Proud when she found her first job with
good salary
What did she do?
O She looked through job-sites and news-
papers
O She and her mother asked friends about
job
O She asked at University about any
possibility to get a job
Insights
O Students need knowledge how to create CV
O Students need knowledge which job-sites they
should use and in what way
O Companies should collaborate with
universities and share information about
possibilities of internship and vacancies that
don’t need experience
O It would be great to have web-site where
students and graduators can find an
information about starting a career, courses
that company provide for people with no
experience, links job-sites, etc.
Stakeholder
Helen, 26 years old. When she has graduated from the
University, Faculty of Psycology she wanted to get a job of
HR-manger at big company. Now she is HR-manager at
international IT-company
Needs
Source where she can find information about job-sites,
companies with courses and vacancies for people with no
experience and information how to pass interview successfully.
Because
She fears not to find a good job and she fears to pass
an interview
