This document outlines plans for creating working groups to facilitate cooperation among projects in the energy domain ecosystem. It proposes four initial working groups focused on use cases, shared infrastructures, linking ecosystems, and technical topics. The working groups will be formed based on project interests identified through a questionnaire. Each project will designate a reference partner for each working group and one project will provide a working group leader. The working groups will meet regularly with support from OPEN DEI and the EC to update progress, coordinate synergies, and plan future actions. An online platform will be used to share materials. Examples of potential actions for the linking ecosystems and technical topics working groups are also provided.

OPENDEI – 25.03.2020 • The areas with the highest results are proposed for the creation of the following 4 working groups: Use-cases Explorer Shared Infrastructures Linking Eco-systems Technical Topics Starting point: questionnaire results 3 • The questionnaire allowed to define the interests of each project: cooperation areas • Assigned point of the subtopics in the same area are summed for all the involved projects • Eventually, additional working groups can successively be created, according to projects interests
