RJ-20 Construction Field Dust and Noise Monitoring System
1. Component:
1). Perception layer:
Pollution Source Online Monitoring Device include Particulate
Concentration monitor, Meteorological monitor, Noise Monitor and
Monitoring Camera. The device can monitor the particulate
concentration, meteorological parameter, noise and live video
automatically and continually.
2). Transport Layer:
It will transfer kinds of monitoring data by wire or wireless
network, 3G, 4G, etc.
3). Platform Layer:
Data Service Cloud Platform will carry out systemic analysis,
dig and compare cross-region, whole-time, multi-level data based
on the monitoring data, so as to offer support for fighting haze
scientifically.
4). Application Layer:
Kinds of terminal platform can visit data by the monitoring
system.Online pollution source data, on-spot pictures and videos,
beyond index of pollution source warning, Statistic analysis of
different management layer will come true by Web.
2. System Functions and Characters
Functions:
 Monitoring kinds of pollution sources: Integrate noise monitor
with dust monitor;
 Video multi-function: Video monitoring pictures will display noise
and dust value;
 All weather and automatic work: 24 hours in whole year, and
warn when device is damaged;
 Optional communication method: wire network,
GPRS/CDMA/EDGA/3G/4G, operator exclusive network;
 Extended meteorological parameter: temperature, humidity,
wind speed, wind direction, etc can be added to our system, so
as to reach comprehensive monitoring;
 Stainless steel case: Protection grade is IP65(stubborn,
anti-dust, rust proof, moisture-proof) so as to adapt to severe
industrial environment.
System Character:
 Standard IP65 case, adaptable ability with all weather and
complex environment;
 Work in normal: Relative humidity: 10%-90%, environmental
temperature: -40℃-70℃
 Monitor can be installed flexibly, permanent or semi-permanent
is optional;
 220 Volt, others can be OEM;
 Convenient wireless transfer, it can work once covered by
mobile network;
 We can investigate and record measured data on the network
management platform;
 It can record, summarize, statistic, analyze, comment and
publish information according to the requirements of the
environmental management;
 It can draw noise time-space distribution graph, kinds of data
report;
 It can calculate perceived noise level and effective perceived
noise level(EPNL);
 It can analyze the dust particle number, convert statistic data:
volume/mass;
 GPS software: it can measure the position of the noise
monitoring end accompanied with the GPS unite and deposit
the data in the data base;
 Independent systemic monitor will guarantee the system work
stable and reliable.

 Noise signal will enter our system, at the same time, camera
monitoring picture will indicate noise value.

 Working Power:DC Power(24V) or AC220V±10%;
 Collection, Storage and Transfer Module are used in the
control of dust monitoring system, data record and transfer;
 Dust signal will enter our system, at the same time, camera
monitoring picture will indicate dust value;
 Relative error on flexibility and accuracy of dust monitor is up
to <JJG846-93 Light scattering detector type digital dust
verification regulation requirements>.
