- 2. Accounts module is the soul of Business . By using this , you can contol your business . You can create regular tasks , like which are the transactions are done in a day. Based on these transactions we can also create reports for displaying records.
- 3. Accounts Module - Menu Master Invoice Voucher Provisional Vouchers Reports Setup Configurations
- 4. Chart of Accounts Chart of Accounts displays the ledgers and also displays it's group i.e the ledger is under which group. The chart of accounts is a listing of all accounts used in the general ledger of an organization. The chart of accounts is used by the accounting software to aggregate information into an entity's financial statements.
- 5. Trial Balance Report It displays the balances of all ledgers, closing summary of ledger groups including debit & credit amounts respectively in specific period.
- 6. Balance Sheet It shows the statement of the assets, liabilities, and capital of a business or other organization at a particular point in time, detailing the balance of income and expenditure over the preceding period.
- 7. Bank Reconciliation In this, you can put clearing dates to adjust bank transactions.
- 8. Profit & Loss Statement It displays profit & loss statement of the company in the particular financial period.
- 9. TDS Master TDS Master, in this you can add or delete any tax which is further used or vice versa.
- 10. Expense Voucher For making transactions like purchase, travelling expenses, other expenses, this voucher is used. By clicking on this button , Cost Cntre details form is created for adding cost centre detaills,
- 11. Contra Voucher Contra is the voucher type used to enter the transactions related with transfer of funds between banks like cash withdrawals and cash deposits.
