In numerous instances in the Criteria (such as 2.2[b], 4.1a[4], and 4.2b(3),
there are only overall requirements and no multiple requirements. Won’t this
lower scores, since organizations never respond to multiple requirements?

referenced in the 50–65% range along with the overall requirements. What
should we expect and how do we score?
