to explainitmore tothe public.Jobsare one of the commonthingsthat have briefs.Ina job
applicationitwill containabrief inwhichthe employerswill explaininmore detail whatthe jobis
aboutand what the employeewouldbe expectedtodo.Itis importanttohave a brief whenyouare
creatingsomethingyourself suchasa product.Thisis soyou can provide the customerswith
informationregardingthe productwhichwill thenconvince the customersmore intobuyingit.
NegotiatedBriefs
NegotiatedBriefsare reallyimportantespeciallywhencreatingavideo.NegotiatedBriefsrequire
talkingtothe clientand takingin considerationwhattheywantfortheirvideo.Thiscouldbe small
detailssuchas the colourstheywishtouse in theirvideowhichisthendiscussedinagroupand
where people will share theiropinionsandviewsonwhattheywouldimprove andkeepthe same
whencreatingthe video.Thishelpsboththe clientandotherpeople negotiatinganydifferences
theyhave and workingtogethertocreate a goodvideo.

A co-operative brief isabrief thatis createdwiththe helpof someone else,agroupof people all
worktogetheranddiscusswhateach personthinksthatthe brief shouldhave inItand exchange
otherideasaboutthe brief.

Formal Briefsare verystrict whenitcomesto the client.The clientsmuststicktoeverythingthatis
inthe brief andnotmake any changesand the clienthasto follow all the instructionsthatare inthe
