This paper presents a novel Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (FMCDM) system for evaluating Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANET) environments, incorporating factors like node position, mobility speed, and node type to reflect their impact on overall protocol performance. A case study using the OPNET 14.5 simulator demonstrates that the MANET environment can enhance the Quality of Service (QoS) of protocols, despite inherent variations caused by network characteristics. The research highlights the importance of various factors in MANETs and proposes a fuzzification approach to assess the performance of different protocols based on these environmental influences.
