Forms Active Learning Presentation

The document describes an activity where students researched and analyzed forms on various websites. They were tasked with finding 5 websites that use forms, describing the purpose and information provided on each site as well as the purpose and information collected by each form. They then wrote paragraphs analyzing each site and form. After completing the individual work, the class discussed interesting findings from the forms analyzed. The activity allowed students to identify common forms and helped them understand how forms are used to collect information from users.
