This document outlines a research project studying the use of the internet for educational purposes by basic English level students at UTEC. It seeks to establish why these students do not use the internet more to develop their English linguistic skills and to detail how students can better utilize the internet to improve their English learning. The document lists group members and justifies the study by noting both advantages, like fast and low-cost access, and disadvantages, such as limited social interaction, of using the internet in education.
