Teachers and students must work together to minimize legal issues from technology use in the classroom, as technology can distract students and lead to unclear directions or accidental plagiarism. However, technology also encourages communication between teachers and students and among students, giving them new ways to communicate and learn while opening their minds. Resources are provided to help address these legal and ethical technology issues.
