- 4. To log on the computers You will have to log on with your user name and unique password All programs will open Various programs will be in these folders

Microsoft Word You can save to the network in your own private file on the H: drive Do not save to the desktop – it will disappear iMacs work a bit differently especially when saving and opening documents. See me for help saving on the iMacs – you will lose your work if you do not save correctly! Mrs. Moore highly recommends Zip/Flash drive All information is “dumped” at each year end
- 7. Printing Be sure you know where you are printing your work. Look at the drop down arrow to select a printer . There are 3 printers in the Library: US Library Copier US Library Printer 1 US Library Printer 2 We do not have a color printer.

- 10. What else is in the library? Newspaper Copier Stapler, tape, scissors, etc. behind the circulation desk by printers – if these items go missing then they are gone for good - please return items after you use them! Quiet study room Student information board in study room
