My Analysis
The school’s vision, mission, and goals are very important in designing the
curriculum since curriculum must be the way to concretize and realize the school’s
vision, mission, and goals or it may be the vision, mission, and goals must be the
curriculum writer’s guide to specify the subjects congruent to the vision, mission, and
goals.
The school is employing various strategies and methods in order to continually
realize the goals. As soon as they sense that they are not meeting the goals stated, they
update and revise strategies to really come up with exact strategy. They cope with
strategies which are used by nay which holistically meet their goals.
Understanding and analyzing are manifestations that the students have really
internalized their school’s vision, mission, and goals. Also, they have identified its
purposes and uses.

My Reflections/ My Insights
Out from this episode, I learned that it is essential to formulate the school’s
vision, mission, and goals before organizing a curriculum. It should be done so that while
on the process, curriculum writer will be guided as to what should be included in the
curriculum. In addition, curriculum needs to be anchored with vision, mission, and goals
of the school. I also learned that there are strategies in realizing goals wherein these
strategies are bridging the gap and the inadequacy of realizing the goals. Students should
internalize and are expected to act in accordance with what are the goals, vision, and
mission.

My Portfolios
Brochure of the School
Every flag ceremony, the students are to memorize the school’s vision, mission,
and goals. By doing so, there is a big chance that they really can internalize the school’s
vision, mission, and goals.
Teachers allot time to examine whether their students have understood and
memorized the school’s vision, mission, and goals in a form of dramatization and quiz.
Thus, by doing it over and over again, students can internalize the school’s vision,
mission and goals.
