This document discusses different approaches to taking classroom training online, including flipped classroom, virtual classroom, MOOCs/videos, and e-learning. It recommends a blended pedagogy approach that leverages the benefits of different methods. Specifically, it recommends foundational training using videos and modules, followed by virtual training for reinforcement and deeper learning. Some instructor-led training and activities/scenarios are also recommended, along with continuous mentorship. The goal is to harness the synergy between synchronous and asynchronous learning across online and offline settings. It provides details on executing this approach, from analysis and design to development, implementation, and ongoing management.
