Students at Satya Bharti School in Gilakaur, Rajasthan organized a community hygiene awareness campaign to educate villagers about the importance of personal and environmental cleanliness. They created posters and charts showing the ill effects of unhygiene and led street plays, rallies, and door-to-door visits. This encouraged some villagers to clean their homes and food preparation areas. Both students and teachers felt proud of generating hygiene awareness, and community members noted how their perspectives on the link between cleanliness and health had changed as a result. The school plans to continue their hygiene promotion efforts in the coming months.
