Duties and Responsibilities: • Leading clients in the definition and documentation of work processes. • Leading clients in definingsystem requirements. • ConfiguringInfor EAM System to meet the business requirements • Creating functional specificationsfor development objects (interfaces,conversions.) • Creating test scripts and leadingtestingfor EAM functionality • Creating and leadingtrainingfor EAM functionality • Providingclientproduction supportservices • Communicatingwith the clientin both written and verbal form. • Keeping management informed of risks and issues with a clientor project. • Coachingof junior consultants • Recording time and expenses on a timely manner Desired Skills and Experience: • Five plus years of technology-related consultingexperience in Asset Management solutions • Experience leadingbusinessprocess analysisworkshops and documentingTo-Be business process based on best practices • Experience configuringfor EAM / CMMS implementation in Facilitiesmanagement for at least5 years • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Experience in developingFlexSQL, Inbox and KPI’s desired • Professional appearanceand presentation skills • Proficientwith MicrosoftWord,Excel and PowerPoint • Superior People, Trainingand Communications Skills • Excellent written and verbal presentation skillswith the ability to present complex ideas i • Experience in developingFlexSQL, Inbox and KPI’s desired
