Exercise is any physical activity that maintains or enhances physical fitness in general and aims to achieve health and also recreation.Definition
ExerciseAt any age, physical exercise plays an important role in health, welfare and creation of healthier lifestyles. It brings many benefits to the respiratory and cardiovascular system, strengthens muscles, it is good for settling the intestine, to decrease cholesterol, lose weight and many other things.
It is recommended for all ages, and for the elderly is always advisableto consult a physician before starting a routine of physical exercises. For a proper development and growth, getting physical activity from childhood is the ideal. Youth and adults take a more peaceful and healthy life when you have the habit of exercising.
Physical activity should not be exhausting or painful to be effective, but should always be practiced on a regular basis.Every exercise should always be performed under the guidance of a qualified professional or sports center, so the practice of sports allows us to achieve the expected goals when properly oriented.Care of
The exercise will help:To Strengthen muscles and cardiovascular system;
The perfect athletic skills;
To lose weight loss and / or maintain any part of the body;
To Stimulate the immune system;
