KIx is Karolinska Institutet's partnership with edX, an online learning platform created by Harvard and MIT to provide high-quality education through massive open online courses (MOOCs). The goals of KIx are to expand access to education for everyone, enhance teaching and learning both on campus and online, and advance teaching through research. KIx will offer a variety of MOOCs covering various subjects like science, engineering, and healthcare.
