Project Pilot project: 150 Hours – 15 Appointments Minimum Develop a ‘proof of concept’ with qualified appointments and meaningful and actionable feedback. You gauge the results/product as we get  more familiar with your sales strategy. 15 day Qualitative and Quantitative review of the pilot to ensure we’re on the ‘right track’ in regards to, messaging, and deliverable. End of Pilot review  (reports, deliverables and metrics) to  make a determination on the go-forward strategy.
Deliverable A qualified  Face - to - Face  or  Conference Call  appointment with the agreed upon or appropriate audience member per your criteria. A confirmed and calendared  date  and  time  of the meeting or call. Agenda : Prospect knows who they are meeting/speaking with and why.  A detailed  Appointment   Lead Sheet  delivered to your inbox complete with the meeting agenda, contact information, and conversation content. RFI Lead sheets  (separate) on the ‘targets in progress’ as they come through and are qualified and identified during the calling activity.
