Odoo has a contact form module that allows users to generate leads from a website. The contact form can be added to a website page labeled "Contact Us" which redirects visitors to submit their information. This information then generates a new lead record in the CRM module. The lead can then be enriched with more details, have a quotation created, and progressed through other stages as needed. - 3. ❖ To create lead form website make sure that you have installed Contact Form module.
- 4. ❖ Now go to website and then to the website page.
- 5. ❖ Now you will see an option in the menu page Contact Us, click on to it you will be redirected to a form, this is created by default, we can do the required customization if needed.
- 6. ❖ We can do any validation checks if needed. and the click on the Submit button.
- 7. ❖ You will be redirected to a thank you page.
- 8. ❖ Now if we go to CRM module we can see a new Lead have been generated for the respective enquiry.
- 9. ❖ Now you can proceed with it and create a New Quotation from it, Enrich(adding more contact infos) it, can be proceed to next stages, etc. The remaining process are already discussed in other slides you can refer to those for more infos.
