- 16. Motivated Editing Motivated editing is when a cut pushes the action forwards. It is used when something off screen alludes that something is happening and then the cuts reveal what that is. - 19. Using sound layers • Films are edited using sound layers, these layers consist of sound effects, sound tracks and dialogue. • All of these sounds build up an picture of the film in audio. • What is the effect of using sound layers?
- 20.
