Which are light known velocity (= 0.3mkm/sec) and light supposed velocity (=1.16 mkm/sec) 2- Light supposed velocity (1.16 mkm/sec) creates the distance by its motion (where Space = Energy) – 3- Planet Matter is created from the distance energy – that explains the relationship between Planet Matter (diameter or mass) with its orbital distance 4- Planet Matter is created from distance energy (Space =Energy) by relativistic effects help (specifically based on length contraction effect the distance energy give a birth for a matter) 5- Matter is relative to Light known velocity (0.3mkm/sec), (equation E=mc2 supports that).
