But - The planets don't use the rates 71-7.1- 1.0725 as one model to give the same result by the same rule! That because the solar group is one building and all planets are complementary to each other that means no 2 planets do the same job for that reason the planet uses the relativistic effect rates but according to the geometrical situation in which each planet moves - For example Earth Circumference is produced from the lunar distance from Perigee to apogee radiuses – now Earth Circumference doesn't use the double

I may suggest an idea here – because the moon orbit around Earth is a place with the highest concentration of energy enabling Earth to produce her Matter (her Circumference) from direct contraction and not by the double one (It's mere idea to answer only – in fact we still need analysis because we know that Mercury is found in the highest concentrated energy area- and we have concluded that from his higher velocity- now only if Earth velocity be added to the moon velocity together to form one unified velocity… only by such way the final velocity of Earth + Moon will be higher than Mercury Velocity and that may supports the claim that the moon orbit is the highest concentrated area of energy enabling the matter to be produced by direct contraction and not by double one) - Let's summarize this idea to be clear as possible - The matter creation depends on 2 factors (1st The length contraction effect) and (2nd the matter required quantum of energy)- But - I have argued that – Space = Energy – but with different densities- i.e. not all space areas have the same energy density And - As we have discussed – length contraction effect stores energy in the area enabling to create the matter if the required quantum become completed - The contraction in the solar group depends on different rates which are 71 -7.1 and 1.0725 and these rates are produced from 2 velocities 0.9999c and 0.99c – the rates 7.1 and 1.0725 are produced from v=0.99c but the rate 1.0725 is not produced directly but uses a complex geometrical system to transfer the value 7.1 to 1.0725 – as we have discussed before - So the previous discussion explains how the plants matters are created But - Why Pluto Is So Effective In Planets Matters Creation Process?? So 1 second of light motion (1.16mkm) causes Pluto to move a solar day (0.406mkm) 5041-1 = 5040 Mercury needs 5040 seconds…. What does that mean??
