This document discusses the implementation of a Load Balancing Clustering (LBC) mechanism on the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) at Universitas Mercu Buana to enhance its performance in response to increasing user demands. By employing tools like HAProxy and Keepalived, the system has achieved improved performance, with a reported uptime of 99.8% and no user complaints received over four months. The study highlights the challenges of accommodating more than 30,000 users simultaneously and how LBC effectively addresses these performance issues.
