Management involves coordinating and overseeing the work of others to accomplish organizational goals efficiently and effectively. The key functions of management are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Planning involves creating detailed action plans to achieve goals. Organizing is developing an organizational structure and allocating resources. Leading encourages high performance through motivation and communication. Controlling ensures performance meets standards by setting standards, comparing to actual performance, and taking corrective actions when needed.

Planning is 1- The first managerial functions. 2- In this step the manager will create a detailed action plan aimed at some organizational goal. 3- It is process of thinking in advance the future course of actions. It involves what to do, when to do, where to do and by whom it is to be done. Thus it is actually thinking before doing.
- 6. Organizing is the function of management that involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives. The structure of the organization is the framework. The structure is usually represented by an organization chart, which provides a graphic representation of the chain of command within an organization. Decisions made about the structure of an organization are generally referred to as organizational design decisions.
- 7. Leading is encouraging people for high performers. It includes motivating and communicating with employees, individually and in groups. Leading involves close day-to-day contact with people, helping to guide and inspire them toward achieving team and organizational goals.
