- 48. Terms & ConditionsThe above Software Cost covers installation on ONE server with unlimited onsite and offsite clients. Additional servers will be treated as independent software packages and are not covered under this quotation and shall be charged separately.

- 50. AMC Terms
- 51. Unlimited updates until the company maintains AMC.
- 52. Unlimited online technical support for duration of AMC.
- 53. 20 Hours of Onsite Visit per year. All additional visits will be charged at INR 1000.00 per hour
- 54. Retraining Sessions every six months lasting 1-4 days.
- 55. First AMC Cost is INR 1,50,000.00.
